I think your looking for a thin material ,having color. This is something that would be hard to find at hardware stores, its more of a specailty wholesale item. Anyway any thing you find in pvc will be very heavy if its not thin. I dont exactly understand the outdoor blind concept for example are they horizontal or vertical, matters not really. I would suggest a diffrent material for your Idea such as CEDAR It is light wieght can be clear coated, painted, or left plain and will hold up to the weather for years. The cedar can be ripped on a table saw to make the slats that you want. Not sure if this helps One thing to keep in mind You really cant save much money on doing these things yourself often the industries are less money pre-made than if you were to by the material, and then you still have to do the work.Where can i buy clear pvc plastic for ouydoor blinds

Have you tried K Mart they had a special not long ago on blinds which was half the price of Bunnings and may save you a lot of stress and sewing.I bought them and I'm verry happy with them.
Plexiglass? clear plastic? local glass shop?
